Job description
Responsible for the screening, sourcing, interviewing and hiring personnel and performs other Human Resource functions related to employment activities. Develops strategies, advises hiring managers, participates in job fairs and manages the recruiting process from requisition to hire while providing an outstanding and accurate customer experience.
QUALIFICATION:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum 5 years Human Resources experience preferably in health care required.
- Previous recruitment experience required.
- Previous experience working with and managing high requisition volume is preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
- PHR preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Recruiter must have a thorough knowledge of the theory and practice of Nursing and Allied Health Professions.
- Requires knowledge of Health Care Career requirements of the various clinical areas.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills including public speaking.
- Requires excellent problem solving, communication and conflict resolution skills with the capability of observation and listening skills.
- Is able to be a leader and expert in their field of recruitment as well as cross train to their colleagues' areas with ease and accuracy.
- Is flexible in providing support to their Hiring Managers.
- Shows initiative and is able to critically think to make decisions.
- Requires judgment for concentration to problem solve and plan.
