The Recruiter/HR Specialist will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. May also perform HR Specialist duties also.
Skills/Abilities: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization and time management skills. Familiarity with social media and internet. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for a variety of roles. Proofread and correct grammatical, punctuations and spelling errors.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. One year experience in recruiting or human resources.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Sources candidates by using a variety of search methods to build a candidate pipeline.
- Screens candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screens.
- Conducts background screens.
- Keeps abreast of local, state, and Federal regulations regarding employment practices.
- Advertises job openings on company’s career page, social media, job boards, and internally.
- Crafts recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Collaborates with managers to identify hiring needs
- Participates in job fairs and in house recruitment events.
- Schedules interviews and oversees hiring and on boarding materials.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
