FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is currently seeking a full time HR RECRUITING MANAGER to join our team at our Headquarters location in beautiful Sarasota, FL.

The Recruiting Manager will play a vital role in shaping our rapidly growing employee base and will be directly responsible for full cycle or “end to end” recruiting. This full cycle recruitment consolidates the recruitment process and produces a better candidate experience.

This position will oversee key employee retention and development leading to high performance and the ongoing development of a superior workforce. It necessitates a strong understanding of what recruiting technologies exist and the ability to adopt emergent technologies. An integral part of the Manager’s responsibilities is to stay abreast of all industry trends, labor legislation and future needs of the company/clinics to ensure growth in human capital is executed in the best interest of the company.

The HR Recruiting Manager must be able to leverage internal databases to source qualified candidates and is solely responsible for the management and upkeep of FYZICAL’s LinkedIn page, Indeed account, ADP ATS recruiting platform, college boards and all social media platforms.

The Recruiting Manager requires a collaborative team player that knows how to integrate and engage with multiple departments and the HR team at large. The Recruiting Manager will have responsibility for community networking and recruiting events and fairs either virtual or live. It is essential that the Recruiting Manager is in tune with company culture and has well-honed time management and strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum three (3) years prior work experience in related field.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field.

Thorough understanding of company branding and atmosphere.

SHRM certified.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
