What are we looking for in our next new hire?

• Associate Degree in Nursing from a CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) accredited nursing program and current Ohio Registered Nurse license.
• CPR/BLS certified.
• Knowledge of triage procedures along with clinic, physician office and/or urgent care experience.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
• Knowledge of appropriate procedures and standards for the administration of medications and patient care aids.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and two or more years of nursing experience a plus

What will you do?

• The Registered Nurse B provides skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider,
• Provides a variety of related services to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• The RN utilizes the nursing process from pre-op evaluation to recovery.
• The RN assists physician with procedures, provides sedation to patients, monitors vital signs and answers patient questions while working collaboratively with the healthcare team.
• Performs professional nursing work of considerable difficulty including the care of patients as outlined by physicians and the objectives and policies of the organization.
• Provides patient and family health education and health assessment
