Our company is looking for a Portuguese Speaking RN in the Marlborough area to provide cultural competent care to the Portuguese community. We realize that language is a barrier and we believe that providing Portuguese Speaking providers at the patients residence will provide holistic care while collaborating with the patient and the family..

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team and provide home health care services to geriatric patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, providing education to patients and their families, and monitoring patient progress. The ideal candidate will have experience with geriatric care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the home health setting.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct assessments of patients' physical and mental health status.
• Provide education to patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN, Per diem

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
