VCS Healthcare is looking for RN ICU/MICU/SICU for a hospital in New York, NY. Please find the details below.

Start Date: ASAP within 3 weeks of the Interview
Role: RN ICU
Contract: 13 weeks
Confirmed Hours: 36 (3*12)
Shift: Days and Nights are both available

Requirement:
Minimum 2 years of experience in RN ICU/MICU/SICU
RN NY License, BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA)

Pay Rate:
Regular (For Local Resident or Non-Traveler): $ 95.77/Hour
Blended Pay Rate for Travelers: $ 102.50/Hour

Job Description:

1. Delivers patient care by incorporating the tenets of the professional practice model of Relationship Centered Care and through the application of the nursing process based upon theory, research, evidence-based practice, and approved organizational nursing standards.
2. The nursing process is based upon theory, research, evidence-based practice, and approved organizational nursing standards.
3. Assesses and evaluates patient care needs and applies critical thinking skills in patient care management.
4. Integrates relevant assessment and intervention skills in the delivery of nursing care.
5. Prioritizes all aspects of patient care including teaching, rounding, coaching, And planning “after hospital care” and delegating to others as appropriate.
