Nurses are the backbone of what we do, combining compassionate care with clinical expertise.

The Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care to patients. The nurse will use their specialized knowledge and expertise related to critical disease states to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care, utilizing the nursing process. We currently have full-time 12-hour night positions, working rotating weekends. Multiple Positions Available.

Requirements:

• Current Colorado RN license or eligibility to obtain
• Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably in an Acute Care, Med Surg, or Telemetry.
• BSN is preferred.

PAY RANGE

• ‎$33.99 -$49.98/hour (RN BSN)
• Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill-set
• Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN ADN, BSN, MSN.
• $2.25/hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm.
• $4.00/hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am.
• Eligible for a Transitional/Relocation bonus for those that qualify (2 year commitment required/Internal candidates not eligible)
• Current monthly retention incentive $$ paid in addition to rate.
• Annual Bonuses based upon organizational and individual performance
