Job Details for a Remote Work-from-Home Customer Service:

• Schedule: 40 hours/ week, 8-hour shifts, shifts vary from 8am-8pm, must be available 7 days/ week
• Use critical thinking to problem-solve and have good computer skills
• Pay rate: $15 hour

Job Responsibilities & Description for a Remote Work-from-Home Customer Service:

• Manage telephone, and electronic interactions professionally, efficiently, and with excellent communication skills
• Effectively present and discuss the products and services to external/ internal customers with integrity and understanding and accuracy with every interaction
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer interaction

Job Requirements for a Remote Work-from-Home Customer Service:

• Must have good computer skills, attention to detail, and good attitude
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to work and learn independently
• Health-care and Insurance knowledge
