Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time resident engineer or architect for a construction project in the northern area of Puerto Rico. The functions of the Inspector include, but are not limited to, performing daily inspections throughout the construction process, and ensuring that the project is executed as designed, prepare daily and monthly reports, review and process contractor certifications. Coordinate the weekly project meetings and prepare the minutes of these meetings. You should also review and distribute the RFI's and submittals of the project.
Requirements
The minimum requirements are a Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture, must be EIT or PE, 3 to 5 years of experience in construction project inspection
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
