Maeser Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling is currently looking for Sales Lead Generators to generate HVAC leads at Big Box Retailers, and select event Home Shows in and around Kentuckiana.

Base Rate: $15.00 hr. + commission ($50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year avg) hourly and commission paid out weekly!

Required Credentials:

At least 3 months of retail or sales experience

A sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated personality and a positive attitude.

Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills.

Ability to walk the floor during working house to increase customer interaction

Willingness/ability to engage with customers within an in-store setting.

Some sales experience.

Willingness/ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.

We have a robust training program and will teach the right candidates how to be successful.
