Job Overview
The RGM Trade Promotions Specialist will have a comprehensive knowledge of trade promotion concepts, aptitude for computer applications, and experience in areas of business analysis to ensure the customer accruals reflect authorized trade commitments, resulting in timely, accurate sales reporting and payment commitments. The Trade Promotion Specialist will also provide business support and consultation to the Trade and Field Sales teams, and RGM Solutions team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitates the interpretation of customer marketing agreements and enters and maintains the integrity of the committed trade promotions customer funding in the MARS system
- Executes all customer 3rd party payments in support of negotiated Trade Promotions on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual basis in the MARS system
- Reviews, researches and maintains daily, monthly, annual, and periodic system outputs, including listings for accruals, payments, deductions, check requests, as well as resolve all questions, inquiries from the trade and field sales team, RGM, and cross-functional teams being supported
- Manages flex spending accruals for local and total system customers to include analysis of spending compared to available funds as well as publishing timely reporting on the flex spending accruals to the locally managed field customers
- Creates and manages invoices submitted to internal and external brand partners for payment reimbursement
- Maintains Consolidated-Led CPACT agreements on behalf of total bottling system
- Works on Special projects, ad hoc analysis, and initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned

- CPG experience preferred
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school
- Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school in finance, business, or marketing
