$3.00/hr - 7P-7A Monday - Friday shifts (Shift diff begins 6:45P - 7:15A)
$6.00/hr - 7P-7A Saturday - Sunday shifts (shift diff begins Sat 6AM - Mon 5:59AM
$3.00/hr - 7A-7P Saturday - Sunday Shifts (shift diff begins 6AM Sat - 5:59A Mon)
Charge Nurse Premiums - Additional $2.00/hour
Premium Pay - Additional $8.00/hour (Work Vacant/Absenteeism Manager approved Shift)
Call Pay - $4.00/hour
CallBack Pay - DOUBLE TIME
