JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Sales Assistant's primary duty entails the administrative support to our team of Sales Representatives. This includes post-sale correspondence with clients, case support, documentation preparation, and CRM database maintenance.
This position operates in direct response to the Sales Team's needs, starting with the client on-boarding process, then facilitating the clients' transition to our back end for service fulfillment.
This role requires outstanding organizational skills, client-oriented phone etiquette, detail orientation, and advanced administrative ability.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct on-boarding calls for newly assigned clients
• Compose and provide all necessary on-boarding documents to newly assigned clients
• Follow-up with clients to ensure the completion and receipt of on-boarding documents
• Facilitate clients' transition from the on-boarding stage to the next given department
• Maintain case compliance by means of client correspondence and daily database review

EXPERIENCE:

• Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: Intermediate Skill Level (Preferred)
• Client Relations or Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
