As a Sales Coordinator, you would be responsible for providing on-property support to all members of the Area Sales Team (including the Area Director of Sales) to ensure hotel revenue and service goals are achieved. Specifically you would:
- Review guest arrivals and reservation activity to identify opportunities to create exceptional guest experiences and services
- Collaborate and work in conjunction with corporate sales managers to identify and grow business opportunities
- Coordinate group bookings from time of contract to time of departure including reservations, billing and special requests utilizing hotel specific systems
- Act as hotel liaison between operations staff and Area Sales Office to ensure effective communication and execution of group and corporate client requests

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year hotel Front Desk experience or the equivalent of 1 year hospitality experience required, previous hotel Sales Coordinator experience preferred
- Read, write, and speak English fluently
- Must possess or be able to obtain OLCC alcohol servers permit and Food Handlers card
- Must pass criminal background check
