The Sales Development Representative or Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in the Quest Inc. Sales and Marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be part of a growing team and will be a liaison for the Sales and Marketing department.
She/He/They, will identify leads, research business targets through telephone calls, emails, and actively participate in team meetings and training goals.
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Prospect new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails and inbound lead follow – up.
- Making 100 outbound telephone calls per day, per Sales Campaign.
- Soliciting interest for the company's products and services with or without prepared scripts.
- Develop and maintain leads pipeline utilizing CRM.
- Nurture and qualify leads to set appointments for sales executives.
- Research accounts, identify key decision makers and evangelize Quest products and services.
- Work closely with marketing on sales campaigns and lead generation.
- Inside sales experience in IT / Medical Device / Service sectors is preferred.
- Base salary, commission, and 6 month bonus.
Education, Experience, Required skills and knowledge:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills is required
- Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast – paced environment.
- High School Degree or equivalent work experience.
- One year inside sales, telemarketing, telesales, customer service or relevant experience in related industry.
- Ability to organize and Prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain profession relation with customer, vendors and Quest employees.
Job Type: Full-time
