Broad River Retail d.b.a. Ashley is hiring full-time Home Furnishings Sales Manager to join our sales team at our store in Columbia, SC.

Driving sales/Guest experience

• Ensure execution of all processes/policies

Development/Training

• Utilize company training material
• Develop strategy based on individual store/HFC performance
• Development/Coaching
• Recruiting/interviewing
• Performance Management

Visual

• Maintain AOP completed daily and throughout the day
• Partner with VSM on visual strategy/opportunities in the moment
• Accountability for store presentation
• Ensure accurate pricing/tagging

Personal Performance

• Personally model the Broad River culture and core values
• Show competence in key performance categories

• Partner with GM on development plans for opportunity HFCs in key categories
• Partner with GM to complete 30% of weekly One on Ones and mentorship of opportunity HFCs
• Utilize GROW model to help develop all HFCs to better self-assess and correct any performance opportunities
• Facilitate on-boarding process of new HFCs to include: mentorship and shadowing, validation and guidance through Broad River Learning and C4 Coursebook
• Participate in Saturday connection meetings to update team on performance results, recognition, and training needs
• Utilize HFC Career Path quizzes to provide ongoing training to the team
• Responsible for preparation of all HFCs for assessments and certifications
• Responsible to validate execution of training calendar as well as be liaison between store and L&D department.
• Assist GM in the interviewing & hiring process.
• Utilization of Sleep Dashboard to provide strategy and coaching to team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
