What you would be doing:

• Attending daily motivational team meetings
• Attend sales training sessions
• Shadow with your mentor in house and observe the entire in-house selling process.
• Follow the clear, fast progression path set out for you.
• Attend appointments with homeowners, and explain all the benefits of going green, all while forming and maintaining those relationships
• Generate your own appointments

Qualification

• Strong drive and work ethic
• Strong people skills
• Have passion and a positive attitude
• Candidates who are extremely driven and disciplined
• Diligent in going after your goals, and not being afraid to ask questions
• Exudes exceptional customer service skills
• Comfortable meeting and interacting with new people

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
