Summary
Sales Development Rep is responsible for new business development. Activities include setting first time appointments through prospecting and building a qualified database.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000
- On Target Earnings: $73,000
- Unlimited commissions with no ceiling

Duties & Responsibilities
- Set 3 first-time appointments per week
- Make 100 calls a day and attend 2+ industry association events per month.
- Build a qualified database of 1,950 companies.
- Ensures CRM is properly maintained and updated in a timely manner.
- Participate in daily huddles and weekly meetings.
- Complete 1 hour of continuing education per week to improve job skills.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience b2b sales prospecting experience
- Strong telephone skills, comfortable talking to C-Level executives
- Confident, positive attitude
- Some sales experience
- Proficient in phone and email communication.
- Competitive, self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
