Screen-Print Press Operator – Little Falls

Range Printing is a growing company that provides “Everything Print”. Our services include creative marketing solutions through paper print, apparel decoration, promotional items, fulfillment, and web-based services. We are currently looking to hire a Screen-print Press Operator to join our Little Falls production team.

Job Summary:

The screen-print press operator is responsible for the set-up, operation and maintenance of our screen-print presses to meet production standards.

Specific Job-Related Duties:

· Prepares screens and ink for printing

· Sets up screen-print presses by loading the screens and ink.

· Operates the apparel auto-press and manual press to produce the decorated garments.

· Places garments on drier belt.

· Remove garments from drier belt, sort, count, and package finished product.

· Monitors quality continually and make adjustments to meet

quality standards and salvages product whenever possible.

· Tears down presses and prepares for next run.

· Reclaim and store screens.

· Coat and burn screens.

· Sets up and operates press for names and numbers.

· Assists in the Embroidery and Fulfillment areas as directed.

Desired Skills & Experience:

We are looking for a candidate that has apparel screen printing experience or the willingness to learn our screen-printing process. The successful candidate will be on their feet the whole workday, working in a fun, fast-paced production environment. Working on a production team is a requirement of this position along with working individually on occasion. Individuals in this position enjoy a variety of work tasks and an energetic team atmosphere. Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
