DISPATCHER - HIRING NOW!!

We are located in Gardena, California and we are hiring for new Dispatch team members! We hire dispatchers with excellent phone etiquette and outstanding customer service. We are seeking individuals who can not only work as part of a team but also have exceptional individual work ethic. ***MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR AT LEAST 2 SHIFTS MORNING/SWING PREFERRED***
Job Type: Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Answer to and respond to incoming calls
-Accurately document and report dispositions on the calls received
-Effectively communicate information to other departments and/or clients in a timely manner
-Maintain an accurate record of information and events during the shift
-Resolve issues and incidents that arise during the shift

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to multi-task
-Must be a great problem solver
-Must have an eager desire for customer satisfaction
-Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Google & Google Maps)
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be capable of managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
-Must be available to work a flexible schedule

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
-High school diploma or some college education preferred, but not required
-At least 2 year experience in a Customer Service setting REQUIRED
-Prior Call Center/Dispatch experience preferred
