Security Officers position in Palm Beach
Large Luxury Condominium and homeowners Associations located in Northern Palm Beach County through its Management Company is seeking a access control officers for all shifts. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Working knowledge in security software including, but not limited to, Gatekeeper and/or ABDI. Professionally greeting all guests is a must!
- Patrol the interior of and the perimeter of the property to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable conditions.
- Coordinate and lead response to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and/or property
- Promote safe work practices.
- Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents and write reports and ensure accuracy of necessary documentation.
- Respond to resident inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Be a liaison to all Municipal Agencies with regards to life safety.
- Report to the Management Company any deficiencies/suggestions immediately.
- Class “D” license required.
- AED & CPR certification also required.
- Preferably be retired police and/or military, with supervision experience.
- College graduate also preferred.
- Must be friendly, outgoing, engaging team player and not afraid of hard work!
