Location: Fort Mill, SC - Hybrid work schedule with a 1 - 2 days in-office expectation
Reports to: Senior Manager, US Health & Welfare Benefits
Overview:
Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Stay abreast and comply with all legal requirements, including but not limited to ACA, PPCORI, 5500, plan documents, Medicare D filings, audits and testing. Maintain and keep current state leave laws.
- Maintain metrics on all benefits and well-being costs and perform annually/monthly/quarterly report outs. Work with manager on how to strategically target reporting and presentation. Will work with individual sites on cost containment in partnership with the COE. Create ad-hoc reports as requested.
- Project manager for all COE projects. Take notes, assist with roadblocks, create presentations, own documentation. Determine and manage group capacity.
- HIPAA committee member, manages HIPAA training and HIPAA audits. Ensures Privacy Officer and Security Officer are informed of any concerns.
- Investigate cost savings opportunities such as benefit vendor lawsuits, Retiree Drug Subsidy (RDS), etc.
- Monitor performance guarantees to ensure compliance of and satisfactory, accurate delivery of third-party services and depicting the on-going effectiveness of benefits programs.
- Communication liaison for COE, including education and support materials to ensure employees are taking advantage of the benefits we offer and making the best choices for themselves and their families.
- All other duties as assigned (when capacity allows, assist in other Total Reward areas when requested).

Required Professional Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or a related field coupled with at least 3+ years’ experience in project management, account management or similar role.
- Working knowledge of U.S. benefits compliance laws and regulations
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, specifically working with Pivot Tables, Lookups, and more.
- Advanced writing, grammar, and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Preferred Professional Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience as an account manager or analyst for a consultant or broker agency is a plus.
- Experience with a multi-state manufacturing company with union and retiree employees.
- Outstanding process and query management skills.
- Experience creating SOP.
