RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) group is responsible for M&A valuation, investment and capex analysis, and strategic financial planning, forecasting, and target setting. In addition, this enterprise-wide center of excellence provides support for finance and analytics training, support for the AOP, LRP, and reforecast processes, analytics for business forecasting, and helps identify opportunities to better integrate finance into the business units. RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) group is responsible for M&A valuation, investment and capex analysis, and strategic financial planning, forecasting, and target setting. In addition, this enterprise-wide center of excellence provides support for finance and analytics training, support for the AOP, LRP, and reforecast processes, analytics for business forecasting, and helps identify opportunities to better integrate finance into the business units. The incumbent could focus on the following:
- Develop and maintain financial models for potential acquisitions and assist in due diligence process.
- Provide financial analysis for capital expenditures and internal investments.
- Support the annual financial planning process, quarterly reforecast process, and strategic financial target setting.
- Assist with ad hoc financial projects and finance training.
- Educate the enterprise on commodity fundamentals, market prices, and forecasts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- A bachelor's degree.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Effective in communications with senior leadership.
- A pattern of strong goal setting and accountability.
- Highly developed interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Proven ability to make strategic decisions with limited information.
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
- Applicants must not now, or in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
Preferred
- Capital project or business unit planning experience.
- Finance or Accounting experience.
- Completion or working towards completion of CMA, CPA, or FPAC certification or MBA.
