The Role

BPO Order Orchestration is a role to Build an integrated Routing & orchestration process that will pilot the order allocation enabling the achievement of S&OP targets and synergies plans. Orchestration amis to optimise order allocation and service level & leverage one single lab network. It gives the best order fulfillment across Lab Network. The target plan is to rely on the new SAP Platform to manage the routing choice and to leverage RX IT Process Selection service for the manufacturing part.

Responsibilities

Determine the current “As-Is” process design

Develop the “To-Be” process design level 2 and 3

Identify fit and gaps from the business process and the system core models

Identify change management

Draft mitigation plans to cover gaps not managed by the information technology (“ IT ”) core model

Identify business requirements and related master data

Perform review and validation of Business Blueprint

Perform tests validation

Qualifications

Design Principles & Policy, SOP, RACI, KPI

Business Process Roadmap for Orchestration

Process Flow Diagram Until Level 3
