Summary:
The Sr. Manager, Platform & Journey Ops will be responsible for overseeing the utilization of the GEICO technology stack and ensuring optimal application of these tools to support growth marketing operations and drive business outcomes. This individual will work closely with the Director of Journey Operations & Strategy and other stakeholders in product and analytics to identify and leverage marketing technologies and capabilities that support our shared business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Manage the organization's utilization of marketing technology stack, including the marketing automation platform, CRM, and other marketing tools
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the marketing technology landscape and identify opportunities to optimize the marketing technology stack
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Product, Engineering) to ensure optimal utilization of marketing technology tools
Develop and manage processes for data governance, data hygiene, and data integration across marketing technology tools
Provide training and support to marketing teams on the use of marketing technology tools
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and policies
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing technology
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, information technology, or a related field
8+ years of experience in marketing technology management or marketing operations
Strong understanding of marketing technology tools, including marketing automation platforms, CRM, and analytics tools
Experience with data governance, data hygiene, and data integration across marketing technology tools
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and policies
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Location:
Remote with travel once a month
