Job title: Senior Staff Accountant / Accounting Manager.
Job location: Bristol, PA 19007 -Onsite.
Pay rate : 100K to 120K on Annually

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare daily cash entries and report on the cash position for
two companies. Distribute to CFO/Controller and Management Team
2. Prepare 3 check runs per week.
3. Select checks for payment, and ensure no payments are late.
4. Print checks and give them to admins to attach support.
5. Oversee the Credit and Collection function of the Company.
Work with Collections admin and sales team on keeping DSO.

7. Process credit applications and open new customers.
8. Review credit limits to ensure appropriate levels of credit.

9. Responsible for the monthly close of two entities.

13. Prepare initial analytical analysis of results.

15. Process weekly and semi-monthly payroll.
16. Set up new employees in the system.

19. Maintain all employee payroll records.
20. Prepare 401K data for submission.
21. Employee onboarding and human resource file maintenance.
22. Work with a sister company in VA to ensure all information is properly recorded in the GL. Provide accounting support to sister company as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
