Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field staff appointments as needed with team members.

• Ability to field a high volume of schedule requests, accurately enters client info into CRM and ticketing software programs.

• Dispatch the appropriate service professionals to the job site.

• Maintains a good rapport with all technicians, supervisors, and office personnel.

• Monitor and use computer software regarding scheduling issues, and field situations; notify supervisor of situations requiring attention.

• Verify confirmation of access and re-confirm appointments 24-48 hours in advance.

• Monitor technicians daily via Fleet Complete software.

• Familiarization with the geographic service area of Connecticut and surrounding states

• Remains alert and exercises good judgment concerning urgent situations, hazardous driving conditions and disabled vehicles.

• Maintain close contact with field technicians throughout the day for ongoing scheduling purposes.

• Serve as back-up to the Service Manager

• Serve as after hours on-call coordinator on a rotational basis.

• Manage the Opus fleet of vehicles (regular maintenance, repairs, etc.)

• Ability to operate with tact and discretion. Excellent listening, customer service, communication, and phone skills

Ideal Skillset

• High school diploma or GED certificate

• Experience in a similar role

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

• Considerable knowledge of and ability to use a personal computer.

• Experience using google drive suite of tools.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 35 pounds from the ground to overhead.
