We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator whose experience includes shipping and safely creating LTL pallets.

This is an on-site, full-time position at our Plano Warehouse. Work hours are M-F, 10:00a - 7:00p.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Material Handler
• Data Entry into shipping software (UPS/ Fed Ex)
• Preparing packages for loading and shipping
• Completing bill of ladings (BOL)
• Accurately stacking pallets for LTL Transport (Less than Truckload)
• Order picking with accuracy
• Performing physical inventory counts with accuracy
• Analyzing inventory discrepancies and assisting in their rectification
• Stocking and locating equipment
• Loading and Unloading trucks

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of related (warehouse) experience with consistent work history
• Focused, driven, and able to handle a busy work environment
• Stacking freight on pallets safely for transport
• LTL shipping experience preferred
• Well-versed in creating shipping invoices & labels and bills of lading
• Well-versed in using UPS Worldwide & FedEx Ship Manager
• Forklift certification preferred
• Dependable, with an excellent work ethic and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
