The Loken Group is seeking a Showing Agent to support an assigned top performing Buyer Agent with our team. The ideal candidate will be punctual, organized, and have great customer service skills. RESPONSIBILITIES
A Showing Agent must be outgoing, highly responsive, and have great interpersonal skills. As client-facing, field support, you will establish rapport with clients and provide award winning customer service as we help them identify their dream home or investment property. Your personality is infectious and your smile is warm. You are a team player who likes to win through others. You seek accountability and work well with deadlines.
These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:
- Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner to identify top motivations/needs. This includes communicating via phone, email, and text message, depending on client preferences
- Check portal for client favorites and prepare for showing appointments by checking specs and other docs (e.g. Sellers Disclosures) against client needs, contacting the listing agent, and booking the showings
- Prepare for showing appointments properly and as requested by Buyer Specialist
- Show homes to active, pre-approved, buyer clients, as needed
- Create a positive experience for clients while showing homes
- Update Buyer Specialist and Listing Agent with detailed notes on showings in a timely manner following each appointment
- Attend client walk-through and closings

REQUIRED MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Texas Real Estate license (Real estate experience not required)
- Follow training plan as provided by The Loken Group
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- High sense of urgency/time sensitivity
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Team player with a strong desire to learn from the best
- Natural competitor, possessing sheer grit and the will to succeed
- 1-3 years of customer service experience strongly preferred
- Attend weekly coaching sessions with Accountability coach
- Engage and participate in all meetings as requested, in person or virtual
- Maintain mastery of real estate scripts and patterns that procure closings for the team
- Perform all reasonable job requests from the company as available
COMPENSATION
- SHOWING AGENT will earn compensation during training by the Company of $750.00 bi-weekly for a period of no less than 30 business days and no greater than 90 business days. During this period, no commission will be paid
- After the training period the SHOWING AGENT will receive a base pay of $750.00 bi-weekly and will receive earned commission of 5% from the total commission received by The Loken Group upon contract closing and funding.
- Buyer Leads provided by The Loken Group and represented by the BUYER SPECIALIST you partner with will be paid 5% from the total commission received by The Loken Group to SHOWING AGENT upon contract closing
- A gas card will also be provided by the company to cover fuel costs travelling to showings and closings
