We are a Richmond based property management company specializing in multi-family residential rentals. Our properties are based in the Richmond, Berkeley, and Oakland communities.
We are hiring an experienced property management professional to help lead our property management services in Richmond, CA.
Some duties include:
- Rent Collection: Log and track rental payments in property management database. Prepare rent reports and 3 day notice documentation.
- Maintenance: Coordinate and track work orders, inspections, and maintenance requests.
- New Rentals/Lease Renewals : Conduct and coordinate property showings, tenant screenings, lease preparation, and property listings.
- Tenant Correspondence : Maintain ongoing relationships with tenants and serve as main point of contact for questions/requests.
Who we are looking for : The ideal candidate must:
- Have previous property management experience
- Have experience using property management software (ie. Propertyware, Appfolio, Yardi, etc).
- Have excellent organization skills and a strong attention to detail
- Be able to follow-through with tasks with minimal supervision
- Have the ability to handle difficult situations and problem solve as needed
- Be comfortable in Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual is a plus! (Spanish-Oral and Written)
