Level II - $2,806 per month (SR-07, Step C)
Level III - $2,921 to $3,552 per month (SR-09, Step C to H)

Note: Hiring rates will be based on availability of funds, the applicant's qualifications, and other relevant factors.

Independently provides all supportive services for a unit or team; participates in team activities; does limited field work including checking with clients, encouraging them to use available resources, following up on cases on a periodic basis, relaying information, problems and observations to the professional staff; and performs other related duties as assigned.

Applicants will be placed on the eligible register for ALL levels for which they are qualified.

To qualify, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

Basic Education/Experience: Graduation from high school or equivalent, or experience which demonstrated the ability to read, comprehend and apply written directions, a high degree of verbal skill and the ability to make basic mathematical computations, including averaging.

Specialized Experience: One (1) year for the Level II; two (2) years for the Level III - of experience in providing supportive services to professional workers in a social service or a health related agency e.g., performing clerical tasks in processing various documents, transporting clients and materials to and from various destinations, observing and reporting of client interactions, emotional, physical or mental symptoms and problems; explaining to clients or tenants the services available, assisting in overseeing group activities such as bowling and swimming. Experience must have involve engaging with clients.
