ADHD Online is seeking a highly-motivated and knowledgeable person to join our rapidly growing behavioral tele-health company as a Software Quality Assurance Technician. You will report directly to the Software Quality Assurance Lead and work with our technical team and business and customer stakeholders to develop and implement mature testing and user acceptance processes across our entire tele-health platform.
You will assist in the development of all aspects of testing, including planning and executing functional, system, integration, regression, load/performance, and automated tests.
Additionally, you will leverage your experience interacting with business and customer stakeholders to assist our Quality Assurance Lead with gathering user requirements to help us develop new and improved features for our platform. You will work with our agile scrum team and contribute to ongoing process improvement.

*Our ideal candidate will be in office a few days a week in Grand Rapids in order to collaborate with our teams.

Role and Responsibilities:
- We’re looking for a Software Quality Assurance Technician to verify platform quality
- Clarifying business requirements, to ensure the final product satisfies business objectives and user expectations.
- Working with our agile development team to test new code changes and verify functionality meets defined requirements
- Maintain system of testing, documentation, and results in accordance with test plan by
- Evaluating existing test cases
- Expand on existing test cases
- Developing new test cases
- Creation and organization of defects (new and existing) across our IT systems so that they can be prioritized and addressed by the operational teams
- Ensuring the highest level of quality in new code and features being prepared for release into production
- Ability to test websites (UI), verify data transferring between systems, and provide confident sign off on newly developed features and/or integrations as well as maintain a system of regression testing for the platform
- Supporting and maturing testing processes with the development team, and across the differing departments to ensure we are always producing high quality & bug free deliverables
- Supporting all departments by answering questions and training on testing tools, practices, and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (optional) or 2-3 relevant career experience
- Experience with quality assurance or software development
- Experience working with a variety of multidisciplinary teams across a business
- Any experience in healthcare and/or ERP or CRM platforms is highly desired
- Working knowledge of Google products - Docs, Sheets, Google Calendar
- Detail oriented
- Must be flexible, self-starter, resilient, insistent and able to assert themselves to keep projects moving forward
