The Richmond Group USA (TRG) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to join an established team in Roanoke, VA. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accuracy in all accounting processes.

We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), AP, AR, general ledger, month end close process. Experience preparing budgets and forecasts.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
