Downtown Los Angeles Proper Hotel is looking for a highly motivated Steward. This historic 148 room renovated Hotel has two restaurants, event venues and a spectacular rooftop bar.
Job Overview
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and / or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in storage areas
- Sweep and scrub floors
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards and refrigerators
- Complete any additional tasks as assigned by any member of the management team
Requirements
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to be flexible
- Work flexible schedules and willing and able to work shift duties that may include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Work cohesively with Colleagues as part of a team
