Think Academy is looking for a versatile Part-time Strategic Partnership Development Manager to help Think Academy to explore and establish new business partnership with other businesses, school districts, private schools, etc. You will work closely with our current leadership team and marketing team, identify potential strategic partners based on our current and future business needs, and then explore and establish those relationships to drive future business growth. Potential candidates should has strong understanding and connections within education industry.

This is a part-time, remote and consulting based role.

What You Will Do:

• Identify Think Academy's potential partnerships, and develop strategic approaches to building relationships with partners.
• Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong working relationships with key decision makers of a complex range of institutions, including but not limited to public school districts and private schools and organizations.
• Understand and articulate potential partners' needs and present clearly and compellingly the company's range of offerings to prospective partners.
• Share feedback and reflections with peers and leadership directly and in a way that can support shared resolution.
• Secure ongoing partnerships to support the success of the company.

How You Can Be Qualified:

• 5+ years of work experience and proven track record in business development, sales, and/or building strategic partnerships, within education sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills. Must be able to create and deliver compelling presentations that engage clients in discussion.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals
• A well-developed pattern of achievement, strong people skills, energy, motivation, and integrity.
• Able to work independently yet be a stellar team player, and comfortable with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
