Big Dot of Happiness is seeking fun, self-motivated individuals to join our team this summer in the role of Production Operators (Producer of Dots!) at our facility in Menomonie. We do more than create party supplies, we create Goose Bump moments ... memories that will last a lifetime!

What we are offering:

• Full-time hours on 2nd shift
• Four (4) 10-hour shifts
• Monday through Thursday 3pm-1am
• 3-DAY WEEKEND!
• Starting base pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

What we are seeking:

• Good communicator with a positive attitude – true team player!
• Willingness and versatility to assist with all areas of production to meet business and customer demands – machine operation, assembly, packaging, inspection.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift, practice repetitive motion, and occasionally lift 25-30 pounds.
• Basic production/manufacturing knowledge or experience is desired but not required – we offer a training program for all new hires!

The Production Operator (PRODUCER OF DOTS!) at BIG DOT OF HAPPINESS is a multi-purpose role. Candidates will be considered for positions in converting and print of our unique product lines and themes that include everything a party planner needs to host an event like no other! An intermediate level of comfort with computers is beneficial. The ability to multi-task accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting is key. Connecting with the company's core values is essential!

CONVERTING:

• Experience working with die-cut, duplo, and/or cutting machines a plus!
• Practice finish/assemble at machine concept
• Willingness to operate multiple machines and assist with other duties such as prep and packaging
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift
• Repetitive motion, ability to lift 25-30 pounds
