Supply Chain-Logistics Specialist

Location: Cambridge, MA 02142

Duration: 12 Months

The Specialist will be responsible for inventory reconciliation, shipment planning and coordination between carriers and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted, commercial drug supply across the entire network. The Specialist will work very closely with Operations Management, Technical Operations, Commercial, Clinical Operations, Strategic Sourcing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory teams, and third-party suppliers.

§ Coordinate import/export and domestic shipment planning and execution for key raw materials, API, drug product and finish product across the product lifecycle for commercial products.
§ Focus on all aspects of inventory reconciliation and reporting, warehouse storage, excess and obsolete analysis, and disposition.
§ Support Oracle Cloud ERP and TraceLink systems testing and master data management. Perform timely transactions to ensure system inventory is up to date.
§ Establish schedules and material status across the supply chain. Inform key stakeholders of status, issues, problems, and proposed solutions.
§ Participate in inventory review meetings with inventory planning, finance, and production teams. Prepare inventory reports for Finance and Tax.
§ Generate purchase orders for manufacturing related activities. Track financial adherence to budget relative transportation and warehouse spend.
§ Foster effective cross-functional teamwork and drive plan execution. Proactively track critical path activities, anticipate risks, support creating contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted production and on-time delivery.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global/matrix environment and adapt to internal or external environment influences.
