At C & A Scientific, we specialize in the manufacturing and private labeling of medical equipment and consumables, science education products, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) toys. For over 30 years, we have supplied more than 700 award-winning medical and STEM-inspired products to distributors and retailers worldwide.

C & A Scientific is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator. This Supply Chain Coordinator will be tasked with obtaining a clear understanding of C&As supply chain process and attending to administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of purchasing activities and a motivation to learn and grow in a scaling company. This is a hybrid - remote position requiring some work days onsite.

Responsibilities:*

• With guidance from leader develop production and inventory management plans to fulfill both material and finished goods demands.
• Identify current and potential product shortages, develop and execute recovery plans
• Create and release manufacturing orders based on inventory plan
• Coordinate with vendors or China partner throughout the production and delivery cycle
• Coordinate international logistics with all relevant parties including but not limited to shipper, forwarder, broker and internal warehouses
• Maintain SAGE and Netstock system to ensure that data is accurate and up to date
• Set up and monitor the integrity of Bill of Material (BOM) and assist to manage inventory accuracy
• Assist in optimizing vendor base and driving cost saving in both China and the US
• Participate in developing and optimizing supply chain team SOP and process
• Perform various reports in an accurate and timely manner
• Serve as one of the key contact to various transactional inquiries from internal stakeholders
• All other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or higher preferred but not required
• 1 - 3 years office experience, preferred in the related industry
• Advanced computer skills, Excel experience mandatory
• Outstanding organizational and comprehension skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Excellent detail oriented focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of SAGE and Netstock system
• Experience working in global supply chain industry
• Fluency in Mandarin

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
