The Human Resources Talent Acquisition Team has an opening for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

DLR Group is establishing an internal recruiting team and we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us mature our function. This role will be responsible for full cycle recruiting, supporting leaders needs in a variety of locations. In addition to the core recruiting responsibilities, we are seeking a team member who can serve as a consultative partner to our leaders as they learn what it means to work with an internal recruiting team. It will also entail partnering with your recruiting team members to determine needs and aid in the creation of best-in-class practices and procedures.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead recruiting activities within an assigned territory
• Consult with hiring manager from job opening inception through offer and onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates by leveraging the applicant tracking system, social media, employee referrals and effective employment advertising resources.
• Actively respond to employment inquiries.
• Partner with recruiting team members to build processes and procedures
• Collaborate with hiring managers to build candidate profiles, clarify required job skills and competencies and establish selection criteria.
• Maintain an OFCCP compliant and audit-ready process.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience with full-cycle recruiting in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and practices.
• Experience maintaining multiple requisitions for multiple hiring teams.
• Previous experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining confidential employment information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience recruiting in the architecture, engineering, design industry.
• Experience supporting a national, multi-location firm.

Compensation considerations are based on location, experience, and skills the potential pay range for this role is $70,000-$85,000 annually.
