The anticipated base pay range for this position is $88,000- $142,600. This position’s primary location will be Titusville, NJ with occasional domestic travel primarily in the NJ, PA area. This role is hybrid, requiring three days a week on site.

The Janssen Technology organization provides technology direction and product management for the North America Janssen Pharmaceutical Commercial franchises. Technologists provide leadership around demand management, product management, business process/analysis, quality and compliance.

This position will serve as a Janssen Technology lead supporting the Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS) organization. This includes understanding business needs and requirements across Janssen Therapeutic Areas and leading projects to the delivery of the final project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with our business teams in planning, needs analysis and business risk assessment, leading business process (re)design, adapting processes to shift with changes in technology to best support patients through the effective use of technology.
• Maintain general knowledge of compliance, legal, trademark, and privacy regulations as it pertains to the pharmaceutical industry and communicating or interacting with healthcare providers and patients
• Identify and resolve complex data migration, transformation and quality issues.
• Lead and handle all key project phases applying existing Project Management and software development lifecycle (SDLC) tools and methodologies.
• Partner with multi-functional teams to present new and innovative ideas while handling expectations and commitments. Share standard methodologies across the broader Technology organization.
• Follow and implement all local and worldwide security policies to ensure that J&J information assets are appropriately identified, valued, and protected.

Qualifications

Education:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of Technology experience are required.
• Project Management experience with Digital Web, CRM, and/or Reporting & Analytics projects from concept through delivery and operations is required.
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, and operate with perseverance and integrity in a sophisticated, high-profile, and evolving environment is required.
• Experience in life sciences and the healthcare industry with a focus on customer engagement, field sales team enablement, and Health Care Provider digital tools is preferred.
• The ability to work and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
