The Almaden Valley Athletic Club is currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional team member to sign our families up for tennis lessons, direct them to the right court, answer questions, and convey the immense value of our programs. Tennis Customer Service Reps are tech-savvy and able to learn how to use a database, they thrive when serving members of all ages, and are eager to learn as much as possible about AVAC, our community, and the sport of tennis. Tennis experience is a plus, but not necessary. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Compensation: Salary starts at $13/hour per hour with opportunities for regular increases depending on performance and profitability.

• Maintains accurate customer records in the AVAC® database
• Ensures court reservations are accurate in the database.
• Assists Tennis Director in promotion of, preparation for, and production of all tennis social activities and tournaments.
• Works with the AVAC® USTA Coordinator to reserve appropriate courts for AVAC® home USTA league matches
