What You’ll Do:
- Be an active participant in our paid training program
- Provide top-tier service to our clients
- Speak with staff from doctors’ offices and hospitals about claims and patient eligibility
- Collect and verify demographic information
- Health Insurance policy management (Billing, Update Member Information etc.)
- Process Healthcare Benefits and Claims
- System toggling and navigation
- Troubleshooting assistance
What We’re Looking For:
- With Customer Service experience: 1 year (Required)
- With Healthcare experience: at least 6 months (Required)
- You’re a strong communicator who is always positive and professional
- Your work experience is focused on healthcare either at work or in school
- You show up to work on time everyday ready to learn
The Ideal Candidate:
- You're customer service oriented
- You’re a team player and want to grow with the company
- You’ve worked in a healthcare call center and used multiple screens
- Willing to report in the office if needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
