We are URGENTLY HIRING for a TikTok Shop Livestreaming Operation Specialist.

Si Hai Inc. is a start-up company headquartered in Willowbrook, Illinois. We are a young, ambitious, passionate, and small (but growing!) team. You are invited to work with us to create a brand-new online sales model on TikTok!

We are looking for a quick learner who is upbeat and hardworking. This is the morning shift, afternoon shift, and night shift position. This is NOT a remote job. The Operation Specialist must visit our Willowbrook office from Monday to Saturday.

# Your duties:

- Communication with your manager and colleagues in Beijing in Mandarin or English regarding operation planning, live performance analysis, etc.

- You are responsible for formulating operational strategies, quantifying operational indicators, clarifying functional methods, completing tasks and indicators, monitoring communication effects, and adjusting communication plans promptly

- You need to sort out and optimize the live broadcast process, live broadcast theme planning, and script. During the live broadcast, you need to monitor the process and ensure that implementations are as practical as can be

- You need to conduct an in-depth analysis of data to identify user needs and improve fan activity and GMV

# Your qualifications

- You can speak fluent English, and you must speak fluent Mandarin.

- Meticulous and conscientious, well organized, and has good executive abilities

- Strong learning ability, adaptability, and resilience

- Ability to analyze and summarize data

- Familiarity with the process of TikTok live broadcasting, has experience in live broadcast operations, and understands the work content of each live broadcast

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $150.00 per day
