Mersino is looking for a Trencher Operator to join our Daytona, FL team. The Trencher Operator will travel throughout the greater Jacksonville area to job sites. Candidates should be highly motivated, and capable of occasional overnight travel and working flexible hours.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience operating an excavator
• Minimum 5 years experience operating a front-end loader or trackhoe
• Required to observe established safe working procedures.
• Ability to travel on occasion to meet job requirements
• OSHA 40 Hour Hazwoper training certification preferred
• Leadership experience a plus
• Clean Driving Record
• Flexibility to work overtime
• Willingness to fulfill other duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Be at least 18 years old
• A Good Learning Orientation
• Ability to lift heavy objects (75lbs) and perform strenuous physical labor
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
