Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a US Campus Programs Manager to oversee all campus programs for our Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Infrastructure areas. In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our US Campus Programs, inclusive of our Summer Internship Program, Co-Op Programs, as well as MBA programs and related graduate initiatives. In this role you will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and executing the overall recruiting strategy, while considering business-specific talent needs. You will be responsible for leading the design, marketing, and project management of our campus programs. You will manage all campus relationships and relevant branding related to campus programs and serve as a brand ambassador for BBH both internally and externally.
You will work closely with the business and HR Centers of Excellence (knowledge centers) in continuing to evolve and execute our Campus Programs strategy and will partner with our counterpart team in Europe to leverage best practices and provide a globally consistent experience.
This role can be based in either our New York or Boston locations and will be a hybrid role, with three days in office.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the development of, adherence to, and socialization of all Program timelines and milestones to ensure efficient and effective programs
- Leading the development, execution, and budget oversight for a range of sourcing strategies to generate a strong and diverse candidate flow for campus recruiting including Social Networking (LinkedIn), external and internal job fairs, and employee referral programs
- Partnering with the HR Business Partners to develop and track internship and co-op budgets
- Responsibility for managing and updating all Internship postings to reflect current needs and offerings
- Managing the screening, interview and selection process and timeline, including for full time placement decisions; maintaining up to date reporting on candidate pools and hiring progress
- Developing and cultivating relationships with college placement offices, students, alumni associations, and professional student organizations
- Supporting BBH’s DEI initiatives by developing relationships with diversity-related organizations to ensure a diverse talent pipeline
- Developing and executing the summer Program schedule of events; partner with managers and business stakeholders to design and implement bespoke programming, as relevant
- Overseeing Executive and other referral programs, ensuring high quality standard and response rates
- Serving as a subject-matter expert on campus initiatives, trends, competitive practices and provide thought leadership, advice, and counsel
- Conduct pulse checks with interns/co-ops and managers throughout the summer, perform exit interviews and share key themes with business and HR stakeholders; provide mentoring and support for campus program participants
- Responsible for tracking, analyzing, and presenting metrics and data to HR and business leadership teams to drive decision making and/or program enhancements

Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years’ experience in Campus Programs and/or entry level graduate recruitment; prior experience with designing and implementing programs and processes
- Experience in Financial Services; experience overseeing campus recruitment in Wealth Management and/or Asset Management strongly preferred
- Experience with reporting and metrics; proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint preferred
- Strong project management experience with a proven ability to manage time, priorities, and projects
- Experience serving as a ‘brand ambassador’ and representing organizations both internally and externally, including strong public speaking skills
- Experience leveraging new technologies, job boards, print media, recruitment fairs, open days, and internal job fairs to ensure a diverse entry-level talent pipeline that meets business needs
Salary Range
100,000 – $130,000 - New York, NY
BBH’s compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing.
