We are seeking professionals that have extensive experience in the following specialties: Private and Public College Admissions Advising AND/OR Preparatory High School Advising.

We require that all advisors either (1) graduated from a top 50 institution (undergraduate or graduate), or (2) have experience admitting students to top private high schools or top 50 undergraduate institutions (e.g. Ivy League universities, top liberal arts colleges, etc.).

We are seeking Academic and College Advisors to provide counseling for The Classroom Door, a digital education platform. Now more than ever, digital learning is becoming a crucial component of quality education.

What is The Classroom Door?

The Classroom Door is a democratized digital marketplace for students to find extraordinary college advisors, certified teachers, and tutors at accessible rates. It is a home for students and teachers to collaborate in real-time, with bespoke whiteboard technology designed for powerful online teaching and learning. It is also a platform for college students and graduates to find paid tutoring opportunities from the comfort and safety of their own space.

How does it work?

Once hired, you will be added to our database of vetted advisors. Students will be able to filter through to find an advisor who specializes in the specialties they require support in. After scheduling a session, students and their advisors may carry out virtual tutoring sessions using our virtual whiteboard.

How much does it pay?

Graduates, certified teachers, and advisors (with at least an undergraduate degree) are awarded the flexibility to charge a rate they feel is competitive (note: a 25 percent app fee is applicable). We believe that it is important that every student (client) can find affordable options for their academic needs.
