Job Description

As our Vice President of International Capital Raising for Private Tech Companies, your role will be to leverage your existing network of high net worth individual investors outside of the US. This position is purely performance-based, offering an opportunity for significant earning potential. The compensation package includes stock options and Pre-IPO stock.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute capital raising strategies within our technology sectors, with a focus on international and offshore markets.
• Leverage your extensive existing network of high net worth individual investors to secure funding.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals globally.
• Translate complex technological concepts into presentations that are understandable to potential investors.
• Collaborate closely with our technology and investment teams to articulate our vision and strategy.
• Stay updated on international regulatory changes in technology investments.

Qualifications

• Extensive existing network of high net worth individual investors with strong relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Proven track record in international capital raising or investment banking, preferably in technology sectors.
• Deep understanding of innovative technologies as listed above.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of international investment and financial markets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• High level of professional maturity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
