HYLA USA is a fast growing, direct selling organization with offices nationwide that seeks a strong, motivated individual & their professional skills in our Deerfield Beach office.

HYLA is currently seeking a reliable, dynamic Warehouse Associate with a minimum of 1 year experience in a warehouse environment. Familiarity with UPS Worldship online shipping system is helpful. Candidate will multi-task in all areas of shipping and receiving, work closely with our team, and manage inventory cycles.

Responsibilities include daily business requests, including:

• Must have basic computer knowledge;
• Strong Customer Service ensuring concerns are solved effectively and promptly;
• Shipping and receiving of palletized shipments and containers;
• Preparing client's orders for shipment/order picking;
• Physical job requirements-lift/handle material or equipment of moderate weight (up to 50#);
• Maintain inventory: purchase orders, organize and maintain stock of parts and track of inventory;
• Follow-up on purchase orders with subcontractors/suppliers;
• Provide warranty/service/technical support for clients (product training);
• Responsible for maintenance;
• Additional duties and responsibilities will be assigned;
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills;
• Must have a sense of urgency and attention to detail;
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive & confidential situations.

Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact & diplomacy. Must be able to interact & communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
