Responsibilities:

• The Warehouse Operations Manager will exhibit commitment to the development of the leadership team.
• Develop, Recruit and retain a high performing team.
• Create operational plans to reduce expenses and existing output at current locations.
• Work with the leadership team to define warehousing strategies and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal agencies.
• Assist with the development of all employees.
• Identifying productivity metrics and working with management to help meet budget targets.
• Ensure initiatives programs are implemented.
• Build customer relationships at the executive and local levels.
• Strong focus on the company’s capabilities related to managing change and continuous Improvement.
• Ensure facilities are maintained at the highest level of sanitation.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role with P&L oversight.
• 6+ years of experience in the Warehousing/Supply Chain/Distribution industries.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Experienced in reporting, MS Office applications, analysis and presentation software.
• The Warehouse Operations Manager will need to generate creative solutions that resolve difficult business situations.
• Ability to manage the pressures and stress associated with a deadline-oriented atmosphere.

Salary: $81K-$94,500 (DOE)
