Hanna Cylinders is located in Pleasant Prairie, WI. We are a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of premium quality, industrial grade tie-rod and custom engineered cylinders. We are looking to hire a full-time welder to join our team. Ideal candidates have experience with both MIG and TIG welding and are able to weld to ASME standards.

Responsibilities:

• Successfully pass certification for proper set-up and use of all welding equipment and procedures
• Utilize blueprints, shop drawings, and/or instructions to produce high quality weld assemblies
• Ensure quality by checking work and maintaining equipment and work areas
• Correctly scan in and out of job assignments
• Properly follow all safety procedures and practices
• Participate in continued training and cross-training
• Perform backup functions to other departments as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

• Welding certification from an accredited program is preferred
• Experience in MIG and TIG welding
• Experience with automated/robotic welding is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions, work orders, product information, and equipment settings in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) **Overtime as necessary

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
